Kirk Booher, owner of OnGuard, has over 28 years of experience in the security systems industry. He began his career in 1983 as an installer at his father's family-owned business, Hoosier Alarm. From installation, Kirk moved on to selling home and business security systems. After Hoosier Alarm was sold in 1990, he worked for several local companies including ACT, Sentinel Alarm, Circle City Alarm. Kirk eventually brought his valuable security experience to Guardian Protection Services where he was awarded Life Safety Consultant in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.Following after two generations in the alarm industry , Kirk took his career to the next level and established OnGuard Security Solutions, a Guardian Protection Services authorized dealer.
Kirk enjoys staying active playing a variety of sports including tennis and softball. Kirk is married to Jill and has three children.
Jill Booher
Jill Booher, has joined OnGuard as Administrator being involved in the overall daily operations. She worked in Human Resources and in Training for UPS, Wishard Hospital, and Anthem WellPoint. Later she went on to graduate in 2011 with a Masters in Social Work.
She enjoys being involved with the company and volunteers at Riley Hospital as she has a desire to help improve people's lives .Kirk and Jill enjoy their family of three girls; especially watching them play basketball!

Ron Davee
Ron Davee has had a robust career and over the past 30 years has been involved in safety and security in various ways. Ron has served diligently in the police department involved with street patrol and as a detective. He was able to work part-time at Hoosier Alarm working with Kirk Booher's father Ken, then Guardian Protection Services, Protection One and Korsen Fire and Security. Whether in the army or police department Ron is ready to help and believes in protecting the lives of others.
Ron is a proud father of his son and three grandchildren. Ron is retired from the police department and remains active consulting and advising individuals with security systems.
Greg Owens
Greg has been in the security industry for the past 15 years, having worked for various companies in Indiana, including ADT Corporate and Guardian Protection. He also ran successfully his own company Unlimited Security Services for several years. Greg is no stranger to hard work, and is very passionate about ensuring that every client he meets is satisfied, and most importantly, them and their loved ones are secure. He is always “On Guard” to assist those in need of his services!
Originally from East St. Louis, Illinois, William “Greg” Owens, Sr. has made Indianapolis his home the past 15 years. He is married, with three children and three grandchildren. Greg is also a Christian who believes strongly in faith and family.
Wayne Bloomquist, Jr.
Wayne Bloomquist has been in sales for over 30 years, including owning his own insurance business. Wayne had the opportunity to work two years in Cambodia for Samaritan's Purse. Wayne has returned to Indianapolis with a servant's heart and is ready to serve you. Wayne knows from his personal experience the value of a Guardian home security system. Wayne's alarm security system protected his home and property in Indianapolis from intruders that broke in while Wayne was in Cambodia. Wayne and has turned his success story into a career.

Larry decided 5 years ago to leave his production supervisory position and turn his hobby of electronics into a career. Larry has become an excellent installer putting his electronic degree to use. Larry is a hard worker and is dedicated in giving you great customer service. Larry is married with four children, and understands the security needs for families. Larry enjoys camping and enjoying life to the fullest.
Encho Zhelev
Encho, a native of Bulgaria, began his career in the army. He has become an industrious, top notch technician. Encho delivers excellent work. He has worked for American Ranger , Guardian Protection Services, and AVS.
Vladimir Batchev
Vlad has worked as a industrial engineer , within a communication
department for a Bulgarian television station. After arriving in the
United States in the early 1990's, he began his career working for
American Ranger and Guardian Protection Services.
